(More customer reviews)I bought this unit and used it to clean all the carpets in my home over a three week period. At the end of the three weeks it stopped sucking the water back up, I had been taking excellent care of it and had kept it clean. I brought it to the repair place and they fixed it but it never worked as well again. It just keeps breaking. It has to be turned on its side to get the shampoo to "wake up" and start coming out. It sometimes works but often times it does not. Its been back to the repair place repeatedly and now that the warranty expired its worthless. It actually would have been cheaper to have my carpets done professionally. I have a friend who brought a similar unit at costco and had the same trouble.
