(More customer reviews)This product is the best stain remover I've found. I have a cat who throws up hairballs and the stain left behind is tough to remove. SPOT SHOT seems to dissolve the stain effectively. I spray it on the stain, leave it a minute, then rub the surface lightly with a clean paper towel. After that, I put the paper towel over the stain and press on it with my foot until all the product is soaked into the towel. Sometimes I have to repeat the process. It does leave behind a chemical smell that lingers for a while. It has never disappointed.
