(More customer reviews)I bought this cleaner after reading multiple reviews saying how well it cleaned. We have two dogs and two kids so the idea of spot cleaning appealed to us. I will give it credit for being easy to use, lightweight and easy to store, but that's where the positve ends. After cleaning, this machine would leave large colored spots on the carpet. The suction was not very good either, as the spot was often wet for a day or two after cleaning. Other cleaners we have used on the same carpets have only taken a couple of hours to dry. I did read a review stating to use less soap to avoid the spots, which we tried and it still left spots, so I have to say I was really disappointed with this cleaner. We're just happy the store took it back.
