(More customer reviews)I purchased this machine after seeing an add on TV. I got the machine home, and was actually excited about vacuuming. The UV light on the vacuum seemed to do a good job at destroying all the dust mites in my carpet. I have to say it looks very cheap, and doesn't look very durable. Within a month and half of receiving this machine, I began to have problems with UV light. It would turn on sometimes, and sometimes it would not come on at all. Finally it stopped working all together.
I was able to find a local repair shop who is a warranty station for Halo vacuums. I dropped it off over 3 weeks ago, and the owner of the shop keeps telling me he is waiting on the part. This is very frustrating as I know have to go back to my ultra-heavy 15 year old Kirby which I kept only for the basement.
My experience with this Halo has been the vacuum is great when it is working, but the service after the sale has left a lot to be desired.

(More customer reviews)Far more powerful than it looks! Ive had this vacuume for over six months now and its working as good as ever. I'm able to clean my whole apartment - including tricky hard to reach places - in no time. The bag is also quite spacious, I find I'm only need to empty is every 3 weeks or so. The Superbroom is as powerful as any regular sized vacuume Ive used but takes up only a fraction of the space and is easy to carry around. Highly recommended

(More customer reviews)after reading many reviews from many different sources we decided to purchase this vacuum. we ended up getting it from costco as it was quite a bit cheaper than on amazon at the time. i have to say that we've been thrilled with this vacuum so far. it does a wonderful job on our carpet leaving no trace of dog hair behind. the dirt sensor is a fun addition although i'm not completely sure what it's thinking sometimes. the self-propel feature is great and works effortlessly with normal vauuming gestures gliding the vacuum along the floor with ease.
we were looking at some dyson vacuums as well but after going to the store and test driving both models the dyson vacuums, although great to look at, seemed heavy and awkward to use most of the time. the hoovers seemed to have a good vacuum feel to them.
the set of attachments is also nice and are very easy to use.

Kirby Lickity Split Review

(More customer reviews)I just used this Lickity Split on my friends carpet - her daughter spilt almost the whole bottle of dark purple nail polish - the carpet was ruined! They tried nail polish remover, water and rubbing alchohol etc to no avail. So, wasn't too worried about the 'test on hidden area of carpet first' warning. We totally soaked each blemish (after it has hardened in the carpet for a couple weeks), and rubbed with a towel once it had soaked in. Miraculous recovery, and may save them loosing their deposit on their lease! Ordering 3 more bottles!

(More customer reviews)I purchased these for my new Kirby Sentria, which I bought new a little over 3 months ago. I waited for the bags to arrive, what a disappointment. They absolutely DO NOT fit the Sentria. They are the wrong dims, the bag does not attach to the vaccum as it should. The cardboard clips on the bags that came with your Kirby are not on this bag. The plastic bag these came in do not even mention the Sentria. Now I have to return them, what a waste of time and money! Buyer be-warned!

(More customer reviews)This is by far the best carpet shampoo for people with pets ever. I work in dog rescue and we specialize in elderly and sick dogs. Sometimes I have to keep a dog in my living room area which is wall to wall carpeting. With my own three dogs it gets crazy and the urine of a sick dog makes them want to mark that dogs area. I have tried everything from Natures Miracle to Dyson products to Stanley steamer coming in to proffesionaly clean. Nothing has even come close to this product. I put it in the Bissell shampooer and in minutes it was like a new house. It took out all the stains and the odor is totally gone! I am ordering a case of this stuff. It really is a God send for me.
