The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because there are a couple of things in the kit that I cannot use. For example, you get a bottle of cleaner for use when you have pets. As I have no pets I gave it to my neighbor who does.
Still you get a lot for a very good price. Even if you don't use everything the set still pays for itself. Also, the pre-treatment is VERY effective. It, paired with my Hoover steamvac, go out a stain in my carpet that had been there for over a year.
