(More customer reviews)I've had pretty good luck with this product when I've needed to use it. Following the directions on the bottle, I've managed to get the cat urine odor out of clothing, carpeting, etc. The downside is that the cleaner itself smells pretty wretched. I often feel like it smells worse than the stain I'm cleaning. The smell does fade in a day or so, and the cat urine smell disappears with it,however, so that is at worst a temporary concern.
