(More customer reviews)This product was just OK. I really thought it would be a lot better at removing dog odor on carpets, because of previous reviews. After using, even when I just caught puppy having an accident, the odor of pee would remain on the carpet. The product does seem to help remove the stain so I gave it a rating of three stars. I just wish it was better at odor removal.
