Stain Solver has worked for me on grout (floors and walls), vinyl floors, polyester sheer curtains that hadn't been cleaned since the eighties (you'll want to do this kind of thing outside if you can, the smell is rather intense), greasy overalls, paneled walls, white paint, and carpet with twenty-year-old coffee stains.
It does not require much help from you to do its thing, either. Let it work and give it time.
